Give your athlete the tools to move better, grow stronger, and perform with confidence — both in and out of their sport.

Our Youth Athletic Development sessions are designed for ages 11–16, with a focus on building a strong athletic foundation in a safe, form-focused, and supportive environment. Whether your child plays a team sport, dances competitively, or trains in gymnastics, this program enhances their performance through structured, age-appropriate strength and movement training.

Each Monday evening session incorporates:

  • Strength training to improve muscle development, joint stability, and control

  • Coordination and agility drills to sharpen movement patterns and athletic awareness

  • Speed and body mechanics work to support better performance and injury prevention

In addition to in-session coaching, athletes receive:

  • 📝 Weekly take-home workout plans to build consistency and reinforce learning

  • 🥗 Youth-specific nutrition tips to support recovery, energy, and growth

  • 💪 Hands-on, personalized coaching from certified performance specialists

This isn’t just a fitness class — it’s a movement-based performance program that builds confidence, develops discipline, and supports long-term athletic growth.

Sessions are capped for individual attention, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
