Valdes Performance was built on the belief that fitness should feel supportive, approachable, and sustainable. With a background in Exercise Science, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA, and years of experience coaching people of all ages and fitness levels, Cristina created Valdes Performance to help people move better, build confidence, and create healthier lifestyles in a welcoming environment.
