Valdes Performance ("we," "us," or "our") runs the studio in Winter Springs, Florida and this website. We care about your privacy and keep what we collect to the minimum we need to help you. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and your choices.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this site.

• Consultation, studio tour, and free trial requests. When you fill out the request form we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it (it is optional), which option you are interested in, your fitness goals if you choose to share them (also optional), and whether you checked the box to receive text messages.
• Golden Hour newsletter. When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address.

We do not ask for payment details, health records, or any sensitive information through this site. Please do not send us sensitive personal or medical information through these forms.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you and run the studio:

• To reply to your request, answer your questions, and schedule your consultation, tour, or trial. We contact you by email and, if you gave us a phone number, by phone. We only text you if you opted in.
• To send you the Golden Hour newsletter if you signed up for it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To keep basic records of who has reached out so we can follow up well.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How it is stored and who can see it

When you submit a form, your information is stored securely with our hosting provider and a notification is sent to the studio team so we can respond to you quickly. Only Valdes Performance staff can see it. We rely on the same trusted service providers that run this website and our messaging tools; they process the information only to provide those services to us and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box to receive text messages, we will text you at the mobile number you give us with appointment reminders, replies, follow-ups, and occasional studio updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. We do not share your mobile information or your text-message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only by Valdes Performance to contact you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a member, for the length of your membership. You can ask us to remove it sooner at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

Children

This site and our forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website. Inquiries about our Youth Athletic Development program should come from a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
