Who we are
Valdes Performance is a strength and wellness studio in Winter Springs, Florida. This website is informational: it describes our services, shares our Golden Hour journal, and lets you request a consultation, tour, or trial. Using this site
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about the studio and get in touch with us. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break any law. We may update or change the site at any time.
Not medical advice
The content on this site, including the Golden Hour journal, is for general education and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for guidance from your own doctor or a qualified professional. Always talk with your physician before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are returning to training after time away. Any training you do at the studio is governed by the separate membership agreement and liability waiver you sign in person.
Requests and communications
When you submit a form on this site, you are asking us to contact you. We will reach out by email and, if you provide a phone number, by phone. We will only text you if you check the box to opt in to text messages, as described below. What we collect and how we use it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Text message program
If you check the box on our form to receive text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Valdes Performance at the mobile number you provide. These may include appointment reminders, replies to your request, follow-ups, and occasional studio updates.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts.
- For help, reply HELP or email info@valdesperformance.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service from us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile information or your text-message opt-in with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. Your consent applies only to messages from Valdes Performance. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, text, images, and design of this site belong to Valdes Performance and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
No warranty and limitation of liability
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Valdes Performance is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
